Penguin Rep Theatre to Feature Peter Fogel, Cindy Miller and Stu Moss, 9/22

Penguin Rep Theatre presents The Kosher Comedy Tour featuring three of today's funniest Jewish comedians Peter Fogel, Cindy Miller and Stu Moss, for one performance only, Saturday, September 22 at 8:30 pm at SUNY Rockland Community College's Cultural Arts Theatre in Suffern, New York.

According to artistic director Joe Brancato, The Kosher Comedy Tour is "in the tradition of the hit show Catskills on Broadway." Mr. Brancato says, "You'll laugh 'til you plotz."

Peter Fogel has shared the stage with Jon Stewart, Ray Romano, and Dennis Leary, among others, and is a regular featured performer in top comedy venues across the country including Catch a Rising Star, The Improvisation, LA's famed The Comedy Store, and Dangerfield's.

Cindy Miller offers tributes and impersonations of favorite singing stars like Barbra Streisand, Madonna, Celine Dion, Liza Minnelli and many more.

Stu Moss' name may not ring a bell, but his face should be familiar. He has toured with some of the biggest names in entertainment – The Beach Boys, The Bee Gees, Patti LaBelle and Dolly Parton, to name but a few.  

Tickets for The Kosher Comedy Tour are priced at $39 each ($34 for Penguin subscribers and RCC staff and students).

SUNY Rockland Community College's Cultural Arts Center in Suffern, New York is also the venue for another special event: My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm Home For the Holidays. Comic Steve Solomon whose My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish & I'm in Therapy sold out last season is back with a new show featuring anecdotes about his family. On Saturday, October 20 at 8:00 pm, join Steve for holiday dinner at Grandma's where, if you're under 55, you're allowed to sit at the children's table.
